Wāhine Strength Club is a dedicated strongwoman community built to develop powerful, confident, and resilient women through strength sport.
This is a space designed specifically for Wāhine to learn, train, and grow within the world of strongwoman, whether you’re brand new or preparing for competition. We focus on mastering strongwoman events, building serious strength, and developing the mindset needed to push past limits.
Training goes beyond just lifting heavy , it’s about learning proper technique, moving with purpose, and becoming stronger both physically and mentally in a supportive, empowering environment.
Our Strongwoman sessions run every Thursday from 7:00pm–8:30pm, bringing together a group of like-minded women who show up, put in the work, and back each other every step of the way.
